Step 6. Payment
What Happens Now That's All Done? (Important Info - Please Read Immediately)

Phew, I bet you're glad that's all finished, now that you've completed all 5 forms, (or if you haven't yet, you can click 'Step 1 - Consultation' above to get started), all that's left now, is for me to look at the information you have provided and get back to you, to arrange the best time for us to train. You'll also need to make a payment for your first session*, by using the PayPal link or QR code below (see further down the page), in order for me to know that you're serious about starting your journey and making a positive change and want to start feeling healthier and fitter (and/or developing your skills) as soon as possible. If we have arranged a trial session, choose that option below, or the other if not. Upon payment you will receive my address where we will train, or we can head to the nearby park, 5 minutes walk away, if weather permits. I do also provide an outreach service, if you have a suitable preferable location for us to train, but I charge extra for that due to travel time etc. So choose that option below if applicable, or wait for us to speak first. I will require commitment on your part so that I can also commit to being your teacher. This is why I ask for payment upfront for at least each month. (See options below)

Also, if your preferred contact method was by phone, then make sure to let me know the best hours to contact you (preferably within the next 3 days).

*payments are refundable if we don't come to an agreement for times and place of training within 21 days

Nutrition 

When starting a new training program, in order for you to progress and not throw away money, it's important to make sure your nutrition is not only adequate but optimal, so that you see the results you desire. We can make the best fitness plans and use the best knowledge available for you, but your progress will be slow or minimal if you're not eating correctly in order for you to support your training. If you're not putting the right fuel and nutrients into your body, your output, in terms of results, so you're literally throwing money away, since you won't be able to perform at your optimal level at each session, which will not only be disappointing to you, but will cost you more in the long term. So to get the best out of yourself and your sessions, I advise you let us take a look at your dietary intake, so we can give you feedback and make suggestions on how to adjust your diet, in order for you to progress sufficiently and to get the best out of each session. Book a Trial Session

Book a PT Session - See Prices Below

Use the following link to pay for a full 1 hour PT session with me only (you should either pay twice or change the fee to double if booking a 2 hour session) or alternatively, you can set up a standing order with your bank*, to start on the day we have arranged for you to start training. 

Payment is by standing order, so please make sure this standing order is set up to reoccur and to be paid weekly or monthly. Also read below.

Emergencies/refunds

There are no refunds, but rest assured, should you have an emergency come up, as long as time permits and we can both agree on a suitable replacement date and time, then we can reschedule. Other than the case of emergencies, you'll need to give give me at least a full 24 hours notice, in order for us to change your appointment day and/or time to when we are both free. If it's not an emergency and you haven't given a full 24 hours notice though, or if you haven't  made an effort to reschedule within a week of your original booking day and time, then there can be no refund nor reschedule and you'll lose your chance to reschedule as I can't carry appointments over, just to be clear. 

Rest assured that I will give you the same courtesy if I need to reschedule too, or will give you your money back for that lesson. 

Unable To Commit To the Same Times?

We can arrange different times for you if you can't commit to the same time or day each week, just arrange this with me once you know your schedule for the week

*Standing orders can be cancelled with your bank at any time, so don't worry if you stop training. But I can't refund any months you've paid for simply because you didn't turn up. You are responsible for this,
