Diet-analysis

Hi again and thanks for your donation to access this page.
First of all you'll need to record as much as you can about what food and drinks you are consuming, in one week, by filling out the diet diary document below. Record as much detail as you can, because the more information I have, not only about what you are consuming, but also about physical exercise and activities, the better. So include specifically what food or drink you are consuming and how much of it as far as possible too.
For instance, if you had a glass of water, was it a pint or a standard glass?
If you had some biscuits, what type of biscuit were they and how many did you have, also looking on the packet to share how many grams and kilocalories each biscuit or other food or beverage had would help. Or if it was animal flesh, how much did the total purchased amount weigh or just more specifically how much of that did you consume at one meal?
These are just general examples, the point being the type of detail I need is mainly type of food, calories per meal and amount of that food in grams per meal. If you have only donated the £50 for calorie calculation, then just stick to the amount of carbs (carbohydrates), proteins and fat. Thanks again.
